Professional Photo Album Sorting — Hunting down professional photo albums from your past events, selecting the best and most relevant photos for your business, and organizing and storing each album on your desired platform.

Rental & Service Auditing— In depth auditing of both event rental orders and vendor needs to determine whether everything needed for the event execution has been sourced. Creation of rental drop sheet to be utilized by all vendors day of the event.
Private Event Coordination—Partial Event Coordination for couples and families who want to celebrate with good food, great drinks, gorgeous atmosphere, and low stress.
How I Do It
I want to get to know you and get my hands dirty with you. All of my collaborations begin with a deep dive into their industry and competitors to better understand the directive of my clients’ business. I want to help you easily hone in on a unique and differentiated brand direction; refine your mission statement; develop systems that work for you. I want to really get to know you and how you want to maximize the operations of your business, so that I can create a bespoke and beneficial services package.
Each business is different, which is why I don’t have one size fits all offerings. Through an initial discovery call, we’ll figure out how I can help you, and work from there to put together a package that is custom tailored to your needs.
Why I Do It
I was inspired to launch Brassicas after 10 years of experience as a hospitality small business owner. I intimately understand the vast and varied challenges of hospitality, and know that as business owners, we are often forced to act as firefighters when we need to be visionaries and leaders. My goal is to help owners and operators make substantive progress not just on the urgent issues of the day, but on the long-term projects that will allow them to grow and thrive like never before. From my own experience, I’ve seen how implementing small changes can have a positive ripple effect across a whole company, but also how overwhelming those changes can seem when you are crushed with more immediate needs.
