Fogcutter Catering
Caroline was the co-owner, creative director, and lead client manager of Fogcutter Catering. Fogcutter was initially born in 2011 from a $20,000 investment, and grew from a food truck, to a pop up, to a restaurant, to a catering company grossing millions yearly. In the years leading up to its closure, Fogcutter produced an average of 60 weddings and 150+ corporate events per year. Fogcutter was voted Best Caterer in San Francisco by SF Magazine three consecutive years, and events that they collaborated on have been featured in Vogue, Martha Stewart Weddings, and C Magazine. The company also boasted consistent five star average ratings across Yelp, Google, Facebook, WeddingWire, and The Knot.

Stable is a cafe and event venue in San Francisco, CA. Brassicas has worked with them to provide guidance and create systems for their new in-house catering program, including: comprehensive client sheets and event planning checklists; rental order templates and style guides; staffing guidelines and job descriptions. Brassicas has also assisted them with a full rebrand, as well as professional photo album sorting services.
Olive
Olive is a catering company located in Mill Valley, CA. Brassicas has consulted with them on a variety of projects, such as RFPs, style guides, organic marketing strategies, and a full company rebrand. Brassicas also planned and executed a vendor luncheon for them to promote their new brand and increase outreach across the Bay Area event community.

Ojala is a floral design company located in Ojai, CA. Brassicas assisted them on a website update, using existing website design to populate all new portfolio pages and landing pages, as well as auditing and reorganizing all pages and site design.
